About Us

The Rainy Day Foundation is a small, not-for-profit organisation founded by a group of Trustees who came together after personally experiencing the devastating impact of suicide. United by loss and a shared commitment to make a difference, we created this foundation to offer hope, connection, and accessible mental health support for people in our local communities of Seaford, Newhaven, and Peacehaven.

Our mission is simple — to ensure that no one has to face life's difficulties alone. Through funding affordable therapy and raising awareness about suicide prevention, we aim to make help easier to reach and remove the barriers that so often stop people from getting the support they need.
